[Clinical trial] | 1. PSVT treatment: Qingpi injection was use to treat PSVT with rhythm was reversed immediately. Rhythm reversed efficacy were proved to be significant, blood pressure were restored quickly and does no side effect when six cases were observed [1]. Another report said that the effect rate of instant rhythm reverse was 85.7% when Qingpi injection was given 4 mL(equal to 2. Shock: 17 cases for septic shock, one case for cardiogenic shock and anaphylactic shock, 3 cases for neurogenic shock were observed. Results showed that there 17 cases had significant effect, 5 cases had effect. The change of average blood pressure was from 7.6/5.1kPa to 14.1/8.0kPa and no side effect in all the cases [3]. Another report said that the effective rate was 96.44%[4] when the Tangerine Peel extract (the major ingredients are synephrine ) were used to treat shock patients of 112 cases, 60 cases had significant effect, 18 cases had effective and 4 cases were invalid. |
