[Clinical trial] | 1. Chronic sinusitis: 75 cases of patients were treated with Jiaweixinyi decotion(Xinyi 2. Allergic rhinitis: 30 cases of patients were treated with nanometer liposome nasal drops of Magnolia Biondii Volatile Oil as the treatment group. Another 30 cases in control group were treated with Zyrtec tablets, for two courses with ten days in a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rates for comprehensive efficacy and cardinal symptoms were 93.33% and 96.7% in treatment group, and they were respectively 73.33% and 80.0% in control group, with striking differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Such cardinal symptoms as sneezing and nasal obstruction and blood EOS improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01) [2]. |
