1. Antiarrythmic: Mufangchine show antagonism arrhythmia activity induced by chloroform, barium chloride and so on through adjust central and direct effect on cardiac muscle[1]. Dimethyltrilobine iodide(DTI) show similar action through prolong muscle action potential plateau phase and atrium muscles refractory period[2]. 2. Flaccidity: DTI show flaccidity activity on rat, rabbit and cat through compete N2 acceptor acetylcholine[3-5]. 3. Lowering Blood Pressure: Mufangchine show dose-dependent lowering blood pressure activity on cat[6]. DTI has dose-dependent lowering blood pressure activity through ganglionic blocking action and inhibit renin angiotensin systems[3,5,7,8]. 4.Other Effect: Methanolic extract show antibiosis effect on crops pathogenic bacteri[9]. Mufangchine still has anesthesia action[10]. Polysaccharides show scavenging free radicals activity[11]. 5. Physiological Disposition: Mufangchine fitted to a two compartment open model after single intravenous dosing, t1/2β was 0.95~1.54 h[12]. |
