1Diuresis: Hygrophila salicifolia containthe sylvite, so it had the diuresis effects[1]. 2Protection liver: This had acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) 10 mL/kg injected intraperitoneally. The extraction from hygrophiiasalicifoiia can protect the liver from damage induced by CCI4 in adose-dependent manner[2]. 3Anti-Hepatocarcinoma: Subcu-taneouslyinjected with human HCC cells. The extraction from hygrophila salicifoliacan significantly inhibit the growth of hepatocarcinoma cell xenografts in nudemice in a dose-dependent manner[3]. |

Results: Result: The treatment group has remarkedeffective than the control group on therapy pyogenic infection wound (includingulcerative necrosis tissue period bedsore) (P <0.05), can shorten the courseof treatment (P <0.01), relieve the pain and economic burden of patients[1]. 2 large and deep bedsore:Wish thesurface of wound with 3% hydrogen peroxide, 2% eusol repeatedly, wipe out theconfirmed necrotic tissue. Extra-apply the surface of wound with Shuisuoyiseeds (Hygrophila salicifolia sub) and 0.1% rivanol solution, 1-2 times a day, until cured. Result: 2-3 days later, granulation tissue growth on the surfaceof wound. at least exchange medicine 7times, the most up to 68 times; The shortest treat time was 7 days , longest of65 days, an average of 25.8 days, the total effective rate was 100%[2] . 3 Lower limbs and scrotum ulcer: Extra-apply the wound withshuisuoyi seeds and Hygrophila Salicifolia with Gary Van Nor externalapplication wound, exchange medicine every day, 2 weeks a course. Treat lowerlimb ulcer 25 cases, scrotal ulcer 18 case. Result: 38 cases cured at the firstcourse, the remained 5 cases cured at the second course. The cure rate was100%. The shortest treat time was 3 days, longest was 25 days, the average of10.2 days [3]. 4 Extravasation of mannitol induced local swelling oftissues: Treatment group use Hygrophila Salicifolia add water and externalapplication the wound, 4h replace 1 time. The control group externalapplication the wound with the gauze which impregnated 50% magnesium sulfate,2h replace 1 time. Result: The treatment group swelling degrade time wassignificantly precede than the control group (P<0.05), curative effect isbetter than the control group [4]. 5 Acute mastitis : Hygrophila Salicifolia add warm waterand external application the affected part, every 24-36h exchange a time.
