1. The aqueous extract of euonymus fortunei could increase the viscera/weight ratio, abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytosis, levels of serum hemolysin, and lymphocyte transformation rate in mice, which shows that euonymus fortunei could enhance the mice immune functions^[1].

2. The compound fufangteng mixture exhibits potent activity of mobilizing peripheral blood stem cell in mice^[2].

3. The aqueous extract of Euonymus fortunei has a certain improving effects on blood coagulation function and hemorheology, which shows potential application on cardiovascular disease^[3].

4. The aqueous extract of Euonymus fortunei could inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis of myocardial reperfusion by reducing Bax protein expression and increasing Bcl-2 protein expression^[4].

1.hematemesis and melena：100 cases of hematemesis and melena were treated with Xue Jian Ning capsules(Baibeiye(Whitebackleaf Mallotus Leaf), Fufangteng(Fortune Euonymus Stem and Leaf)), The control group (60 cases) were treated with Yunnanbaiyao capsules. 7 days of treatment continually. Results showed that in the treatment group ,the total effective rate was 97%.In the control group of 60 cases, the total effective rate was 96. 7% ^[1]。

2. Leukocytopenia：Leukocytopenia of chemotherapy of colorectal cancer after operation were treated with Compound Fufangteng(Fortune Euonymus Stem and Leaf) mixture, the control group was treated with western medicine on the day of Chemotherapy. Results showed that in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 85.41%.In the control group, the total effective rate was 57.10%. The treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05) ^[2].

3.Facial paralysis：58 cases of facial paralysis were treated with Mabiancao(European Verbena Herb) docotion (Mabiancao (European Verbena Herb )、Jiejiecao (Commelina diffusa)、Fufangteng(Fortune Euonymus Stem and Leaf)、Xianhecao(Hairyvein Agrimonia Herb)). Results showed that facial paralysis of 35 cases were complete corrected, accounting for 55.7%；19 cases were essentially controlled, Only a small eyes closed for discomfort，accounting for 21%；4 cases were invalid, accounting for 6.8%. The overall effective rate was 93.2% ^[3]。
