It contains canavanine, canavalmine, γ-guanidinooxyproprlamine, aminopropylcanavalmine, aminobutylcanavalmine, concanavaline A, agglutinin[1], gallic acid, methyl gallate, 1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside, β-sitosterol, lupeol, δ-tocopherol[2];

1 Immune Function: Concanavaline A is a kind of plant agglutinin,improve the lymphocyte transformation.The concentration of lymphocyte transformationis 40-100µg/ml the immunologic mechanism andapoptosis in the liver injury induced by Concanavaline A, which can regulate the immune reaction [1].

2 Hormonelevel effects: Concanavaline A induced the levels of LH and FSH. decreasing theconcentration of Hyperprolactinemia,progesteronelevel unchanged, increasing the estrous cyclefrequency and weight [2].
