1.Effect on Cardiovascular System: Domesticin show inhibit activity on isolated frog heart and extrasomatic rabbit heart. And it can increase coronary flow through cut down tensity on heart[1]. 2. Effect on Smooth Muscle: Domesticin show low concentration excited and high concentration depression on intestines and uterus in vitro while show excited activity in vivo[2]. 3. Effect on Central Nervous System: Domesticin show mild palsy at first, then crick, and death at last induced by Heart paralysis on frog. It show similar activity on mice[3]. |
